I chose this hotel primarily for its location convenience, but it fell short in many aspects. The rooms over the golf links were filthy, lacking even basic amenities like soap. On the bright side, the design was thoughtful and tidy, providing a comfortable stay for my family. Service was a mixed bag, with unenthusiastic and slow customer service but a redeeming quality in the friendly room service and excellent food. While the free shuttle service to nearby attractions was a bonus, the location, although close to popular spots like Ferrari World and Yas Water World, had its frustrations during my stay. The dining experience was hit-and-miss, with a delicious breakfast buffet and disappointing basic options. The facilities showed potential but left something to be desired. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
